Final pricing for each kid will be determined based on the evaluation of the kid and the evaluation  of the sire and dam in the following areas: genetics, conformation, udder qualities, milk production, and disposition. 

Unless a buckling was reserved via the waitlist, they will be sold as unregistered or as wethers. 

Bucklings from First Freshener does will not be sold as registered.

O'BARK Acres(Allison Olson) reserves the right to adjust pricing as needed at any time.

RESERVATIONS

If there is a breeding that you would like to reserve a kid from, please contact me and I will add you to the waitlist. A NON-REFUNDALBE $100 reservation fee is required to reserve a registered buckling. Doeling reservations are free. Once the kidding that you made a reservation on has occurred, the kid(s) will be evaluated within 72 hours and at that time individuals on the waitlist will be contacted. Once you have been contacted, you will have 24 hours to decided if you'd like to purchase or pass. If you do not respond with in the 24 hour time period, I will move on to the next person. If none of the waitlist has chosen to purchase, the kid(s) will then be posted for sale to the general public. 

O’BARK Acres(Allison Olson) reserves the right to retain any kid(s) from any breeding at any time prior to its' sale. 

DEPOSITS

A NON-REFUNDABLE $200 deposit is required for a goat(s) to be held.

Deposit must be received with in 24 hours of buyer stating what goat(s) they want to purchase.

Buyer understands that the goat(s) will not be placed in held status until O'BARK Acres(Allison Olson) has received the buyer's deposit. 

Deposit must be made via PayPal, Cash App, or Venmo. If the buyer is paying via PayPal and chooses not to use the Friends and Family option, all fees associated with the transaction will solely be the buyer's responsibility. 

PAYMENTS

O'BARK Acres(Allison Olson) accepts: PayPal, Cash App, Venmo, and Cash.

If the buyer is paying via PayPal and chooses not to use the Friends and Family option, all fees associated with the transaction will solely be the buyer's responsibility. Payment plans are available based on approval.

Payments can be made during the time the goat is being held to decrease the final balance due. 

Goat(s) must be paid for in full to be picked up. 

If the remaining balance due is being paid for via PayPal, Cash App, or Venmo then this payment must be sent no less than 24 hours before the goat(s) is due to be picked up. 

If the goat(s) is being delivered to the buyer via ground or air transport then payment in full is due 48 hours before the goat(s) leaves O'BARK Acres. 

SALES

All sales are FINAL. There are no returns or refunds.

In the event the buyer is unable to follow thru with the purchase of the goat(s), any deposit or payment(s) made can be transferred to another available goat(s) or toward a reservation on a future breeding. In the event the sale is forfeited by the buyer, any deposit or payment(s) made to O'BARK Acres(Allison Olson) will not be refunded.

In the event the goat(s) becomes ill, injured, or passes while on O'BARK Acres premises, any deposit or payment(s) made can be transferred to another available goat(s) or toward a reservation on a future breeding. In the event of illness, injury, or death of the goat(s), any deposit or payment(s) made to O'BARK Acres(Allison Olson) will not be refunded.

O'BARK Acres(Allison Olson) reserves the right to cancel any sale at any point in time. 

In the event of O'BARK Acres(Allison Olson) canceling a sale any deposit or payment(s) made will not be refunded.  

DELIVERY

O'BARK Acres works with ground and air transport and will gladly help guide you through these processes. All fees associated with ground or air transport (transportation, heath certificates, testing, crates, etc.) are solely the buyer’s responsibility and are not included in the price of the goat(s). O'BARK Acres(Allison Olson) reserves the right to choose which ground or air transports to work with. All fees associated with any form of delivery must be paid in full prior to the goat(s) leaving O'BARK Acres.

PICK-UP

Due to practicing strict bio-security no one is allowed on O'BARK Acres premises for pick up. 

Pick up is typically done in Alma, AR and can also be arranged to be done at other locations. For no additional charge, I will meet you 1/2 way with a max of traveling 2 hours to you. To travel beyond 2 hours there will be additional fees. These fees will be based on distance traveled and current fuel prices.

Goat(s) must be picked up by the agreed upon date. Failure to pick up by the agreed upon date will result in daily boarding fees. If the goat(s) has not been picked up within 30 days from the date of sale, unless mutually agreed upon, the sale will be considered forfeited and any deposit or payments made are NON-REFUNDABLE. 

Bottle babies will typically be ready to leave when they are 1 week old. 

Dam raised kids will be weaned and ready to leave no earlier than 10 weeks old. 

Junior kids and adults can typically leave immediately. 

The herd at O'BARK Acres is tested yearly for CAE, CL, and Johnes.

Before leaving, all goats of age will have been disease tested, disbudded, tattooed, have age appropriate vaccines, deworming, coccidia prevention, topical parasite control, hooves trimmed, and any other needed treatments brought up to date. Buyers will be provided a detailed list of treatments and when they were completed. 

The health and wellness of any goat(s) is not guaranteed once it has left O'BARK Acres. Stress is quite common in both kids and adults of all ages and is intensified when being transported from one farm to another. Illness, disease, and even death can occur if the goat is not properly handled. O'BARK Acres is not responsible in the event of stress, illness, or death after the goat(s) has left the premises. 

O'BARK Acres is a member of ADGA and AGS. The entire herd is registered with ADGA. In 2024, I will be working to dual register the entire herd with AGS. Once this has been completed AGS registration will be offered to all buyers. 

O'BARK Acres reserves the right to name all goat(s) born on the premises. 

This includes offspring that will be the result of any future breeding(s). 

All goat kids being sold as registered will be named by O'BARK Acres and will be registered with ADGA before leaving the premises. The initial registration fee(s) will be paid by O'BARK Acres. 

At the time of sale, goat kid(s) will come with their signed ADGA Certificate of Registry or a copy of the ADGA Stamped Duplicate and a signed ADGA Bill of Sale. It is the buyer's responsibility to have the goat kid(s) transferred to their name or herd. It is also the buyer's responsibility to mail the signed and completed ADGA Certificate of Registry back to ADGA so that the transfer process can be completed. Buyer is responsible for all fees associated with this.  

Registered adult goat(s)will come with their signed ADGA Certificate of Registry and a signed ADGA Bill of Sale. It is the buyer's responsibility to have the goat(s) transferred to their name or herd.  It is also the buyer's responsibility to mail the signed and completed ADGA Certificate of Registry back to ADGA so that the transfer process can be completed. Buyer is responsible for all fees associated with this.  

Bucklings from First Freshener does, unregistered bucklings, wethers, pet quality does, and pet quality bucklings will not be sold with registration papers. Beginning in 2024 all bucklings will be sold as unregistered or as wethers. Only bucklings who have a NON-REFUNDALBE $100 reservation fee paid on them will be sold as registered. 

Purchasing a Bred Doe, even those who have been confirmed as bred via TVMDL, does not guarantee that the doe is bred, nor does it guarantee that the breeding will result in a successful kidding, nor does it guarantee that any doelings born will meet the criteria for registration. 

Purchasing an Exposed Doe does not guarantee that the doe is bred, nor does it guarantee that the breeding will result in a successful kidding, nor does it guarantee that any doelings born will meet the criteria for registration. 

Bred/Exposed Does will NOT come with a service memo. 

At the time the Bred/Exposed Doe kids please notify me immediately. I will make a record of the kidding with all required info such as: number of kids, sex, color, birth order number for tattoos, number of teats, number of testicles, identifying traits, and so on.  Doeling(s) will need to be evaluated by two weeks of age for any defects, disqualifying or life-threatening traits, and appropriately culled. Only doeling(s) who are free of any defects and disqualifying or life-threatening traits will be deemed as eligible for registration. 

Bucklings that are not born on the premises of O'BARK Acres are NOT eligible for registration. Any bucklings born to a Bred/Exposed Doe will need to be evaluated for defects, disqualifying or life-threatening traits, and appropriately culled. 

*Culled = removed from your herd, preferably to a non-breeding pet home, or humanely euthanized if there is a life-threating condition present.

Doeling(s) who are the offspring of a Bred/Exposed Doe sold by O'BARK Acres(Allison Olson) and are eligible for registration will be named and registered by O'BARK Acres.

Doeling(s) who are the offspring of a Bred/Exposed Doe sold by O'BARK Acres(Allison Olson) will carry the O'BARK Acres herd name and the purchaser's herd tattoo.

Registered names chosen by O'BARK Acres will follow this structure: 

      O’BARK Acres, Letter(s) to identify Sire, Name that follows either the Dam's or Sire's theme       

Doeling(s )will be registered online as RUSH, transferred to the new owner, send certificate directly to new owner option will be selected, and all fees associated with registration will be paid for by O'BARK Acres.
